Cancellation policy

Cancellations need to be sent in writing to events@lsretail.com and need to be confirmed by LS Retail.
Cancellations received before 28 February 2023 will be refunded 100% of pre-paid conference registration fees.
No refund of conference registration fees will be available for cancellations from 1 March 2023.
No refunds will be made for No Shows.
